Description: The Center for International Studies and Cooperation (CECI) and the Multilateral Investment Fund (FOMIN), a member of the IDB Group, held a two-day workshop that took place on July 20-21st, 2011 in Cap Haitian, Haiti. The workshop had an excellent turn out with over 60 participants and was the official launch of the project that aims at developing a tourism destination in the North of Haiti.
