Philistin is a tour guide in Milot, Northern Haiti. He guides some few tourists to the Citadelle and Palais sans Souci georgous historic assets. Philistin is very enthusiasmastic and whant to do more. He's part of a small guide organization needing support in terms of training, lenguajes and equipment.
The new FOMIN's tourism project in the Northern Haiti aimed to support the "Nord" development as a world class destination taking advantage of the breathtaking historic assets in the region.
Giving proven tools and solutions to the local stakeholders, the FOMIN project will help to build a well planned and inclusive destination where people like Phillistin will be trained to receive more tourists and get more benefits from the activity and patrimony.

This is an interesting idea. In most of the tourists destinations in Haiti, there are many guides who have very good knowledge of the sites like Phillistin. Supporting them for a better organization will surely play a major role in attracting more visitors.
